The first day of school for Flint Community Schools is August 31st. It is a state requirement for children attending school to be up to date on their required childhood immunizations. If your child is entering Kindergarten, 7th grade, or is a new enrollee since January 2026 their classes are at risk of being closed if the district has not received up to date documentation of their immunizations status. To assist, Health Services is offering an immunization clinic next week. Please use the QR code on the attached flyer to make an appointment today.
